Tee ball (4 & 5y/o)

 This was before Rowan's first tee ball game.  Ends up his coach is Craig Lowery who grew up in our neighborhood.

Rowan up to bat--they all bat three times and noone wins at this age, but he's learning to be part of a team. Pops is helping coach and bought him his first pair of cleats.

Rowan's Pre-K 4 class

We will miss Mrs Brandy Cascio, she was a wonderful teacher and influence to Rowan.
Look at all the boys in his class: Rowan, Luke, Kush, Tanner, Logan, Lila, Parker and Isabele.
They all became great friends, so hopefully a few will be in his kindegarten class at Lexington.

Mother's day 2013

 This is the funniest thing to me--I find guns and weapons everywhere! At least if someone breaks in the bathroom Im armed!! lol

Spring Days

 Our little boxer/great dane puppy that was 2 wks old...we were his foster parents and had to bottle feed him bc his mom died.  The kids really loved helping.

Camping at Caney Lake

We rode bikes, had a fish fry, played on the playground, movie, popcorn, and roasted marshmellows!

Big Day, but they have so  much fun together!

Popcorn in hand...all set up for our movie, "Wreck it Ralph"  Ronnie brought a projector and tied a sheet btwn 2 trees. Asher passed out early but the rest of us roasted marshmellows by the fire afterwards. 

 The kids LOVED playing with the minnows--which didn't leave us many live ones to fish with! lol

Circus time

So after a camel ride, pizza, popcorn, two light up swords, and two light up guns(that lasted only 24 hrs)...we made it through! Good times!!

Rowan--everyday life

He is learning his sight words, writing his alphabet and numbers to 100, counting by 5's and 10's.

My lady killer! He says the funniest things lately and becoming so independent!  We noticed three different occasions this weekend that he let Asher have something that was his because he has the biggest heart and loves his little brother and hates to see him cry.

Valentine's Day

         My sweethearts on Valentine's DAy!  Rowan had a party at school and came home and shared his goodies with his little brother--hes' such a sweet big bro!!

Superheroes

These guys love to fight "bad guys" and occasionally each other, but they are so cute I don't mind.  Especially when Asher runs around saying "Super Asher" with his "shoo" noise for going fast! lol Tough guys--u can tell by their tattoos.

Mardi Gras 2013

Well another mardi gras down and the boys racked up again! Perfect night for catching beads. This was ASher's first time and he got the hang of it fast!

Ag Expo

The boys went with Lollie and Pops at the Ag Expo, despite the look on Rows face they had fun!

This turkey was in our car door after talking with a sweet older papaw at Fred's--he left it for Asher bc he thought he was so cute and reminded him of his grandson--unbelievably sweet gesture!!

My bday present from Rowan

So, Ronnie can attest to how much I love to sleep in on saturdays, so for my bday, him and the boys let me sleep late and delivered breakfast in bed...Hooray!  But my best present was this card Row made special for me.

Rose Garden

We made a day trip to Shreveport to visit Aunt L and Mark then went to the Rose Garden to check out the lights, they had a snow blower, train, funnel cake and lots of lighted displays. The boys really had fun!
