Update

Rowan has been contacted by Nascar concerning his speed in his walker, but we are talking over the numbers. He just follows Ronnie and I around the house in it and I can't even describe the cuteness factor. We have also learned that the christmas lights and decorations are definitely intriguing to a 4 mth old. He is eating fruit and cereal in the morning and veggies in the evening and trying to grab EVERYTHING to put it in his mouth. Also, last night he held his own bottle....My baby is growing up way too fast. We will try to post the video we took of him in his walker for those interested.

The Walker

Rowan loves to crawfish backwards in his walker. Eventually he'll learn to go forward, but it's so stinkin cute regardless!

Mamma's Little Helper

Rowan wanted to help wrap presents so bad, but he kept opening them instead; he's learning early on. And I have no idea how that bow got on top of his head. lol

Doctor Visit

Pops took Rowan for his 4 month check up with Dr Stanley and got two thumbs up. He measures 24 3/4 in long and 16.6 lbs which put him in the 50% for height and 75% for weight. He has now been given the okay to eat baby food twice a day now, which will be very interesting (and messy). Pops said he was very proud of how good Rowan was at his visit.

Rowan meets Santa

We went to look at the lights at the bible college in Broken Arrow and took Rowan to get his picture with Santa. It couldn't have been a better looking Santa Clause and Rowan didn't seem to mind. Of course, I think he was too cold to care, but he sure was mezmerized by all the lights! They were fantastic and we were so thrilled we went.

Row and Par

I just caught them singing christmas carols! I think it was Oh Holy Night.

Beating the Cold

We got Rowan all decked out for the cold, windy, Tulsa weather. He looks like the little boy off of Christmas Story in his cute little hat. He knows Pops will take good care of him.

More Thanksgiving Pics

The guys are excellent babysitters.

Dadda and Rowan just chillin. Notice what is in Rowan's hand. Dadda doesn't hand over the remote to just anybody.

Pops and Rowan patiently waiting for Thanksgiving dinner.

Dressed Up

We are family!!

We always wear white on Thanksgiving, doesn't everyone? lol

Tulsa Bound

We had an adventurous Thanksgiving with the fam in Broken Arrow, OK. It was a long drive, but we managed and were so happy to spend time with everyone. This was GrandReeda's first time to meet all her great-grands, finally. Someone was not happy about sharing her in the pic though.

Baby Dedication, November 23

My Aunt L loves me so much!!

Aunt L, Grandma, Dadda, and Rowan

We were so excited for Rowan's baby dedication at church. Lollie had a special gown made with his name, birthday, and dedication date, with matching shoes and bonnet. There were 14 other babies being recognized, but of course Rowan took center stage for being the most beautiful.

Here are the pics I took of him after we got home too. He was being so sweet and didn't mind posing for these.

So Sleepy

I could watch him sleep for hours on end. And I caught Rowan and Dadda snoozing!

Ronnie and Rowan Watching TV

Dadda and Rowan love to watch tv together! I guess we will learn to love Barney too.
